We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select international destinations.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping thresholds
United States: Free shipping on orders US$125+
Canada: Free shipping on orders CA$169+
United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders £125+
Australia: Free shipping on orders A$169+
Orders below the threshold will see the best available shipping rate at checkout.
Discount codes & free shipping
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Free shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts are applied. If your cart is slightly above the free shipping threshold before entering a code, applying a discount may reduce your total below the threshold — and free shipping won’t apply.
Tip: If you want both a discount and free shipping, add an extra item so your total still meets the threshold after the discount.

Why are items made to order?
Every PURPOSEDRIVEN™ piece is produced after you order. This allows us to operate sustainably, maintain premium quality, and avoid excess inventory.

Production time: 5–7 business days.
Why do items sometimes ship separately?
PURPOSEDRIVEN™ operates through a distributed production network. Each item is crafted in the facility best equipped for that specific product — ensuring consistent quality across apparel types.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at slightly different times. This allows us to:
- Maintain specialized quality standards per product
- Reduce production bottlenecks
- Ship items as soon as they’re ready — not held back
You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment, so everything stays transparent.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
All sales are final. Orders enter production immediately after purchase, which means changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.
